Payment Policy: 

Tuition is due prior to participation in class. Tuition can be made online at time of registration, using our secured online payment site, or by leaving a check payment at the studio prior to first class. Please make checks payable to DANCE STATION ORLANDO.

Please contact us should you have any questions. Tuition is due the 1st of every month. Any tuition not paid by the 4nd of the month will be subject to a $10 late fee, in addition to the outstanding tuition. Any returned checks will be subject to a $25 return fee, in additional to the tuition and any late fee’s. Non-payment of tuition will result in no participation in class until all tuition and fee’s are paid. Advanced paid tuition will not be refunded, except for in the situation where a class will not take place due to minimum registration numbers not being met.

Cancellation Policy: 

Your registration can be cancelled at any point throughout the year. You must notify us in writing of your intention to leave class at least 14 business days prior. Any fee’s that are owing will be required to be settled. Advanced paid tuition will not be refunded should you wish to leave prior to the classes being taken. Any automatically debited payment plans can also be cancelled at any point, but require 14 business days written notice. Once the cancellation is notified on our payment system it may take up to 10 days to cancel the service. Any cancellations too close to the date of the reoccurring payment may still be processed and will take up to 10 business day to be refunded in your account.

Liability Waiver: 

In consideration of being permitted to participate in Dance Station Orlando’s Dance Classes, on behalf of myself, my family, my heirs, and my assigns, I hereby release Knox Enterprises USA LLC, DBA: Dance Station Orlando, its agents, and its employees from liability for injury, loss, or death to the above-mentioned participant while using any facility or equipment or in any way associated with participating in the activity of dance now or in the future, resulting from the ordinary negligence of Dance Station Orlando, its agents and employees.

Photo Policy: 

I do hereby consent and agree that Dance Station Orlando has the right to take photographs of my child and to use these on the company website (www.dancestationorlando.com) and promotional material without  compensation, inclusive of but not limited to printed materials, virtual media or video footage. Your child’s name and identity will not be revealed. If you would prefer we do not photograph your child please notify us via e-mail.

Medical Policy: 

As with all physical activity there is a risk of minor injury, major injury and even fatality regardless of the care taken by instructors and staff. All participants are expected to be physically fit and in good general health prior to taking part in classes. All participants are also expected to follow safety instructions and work to maintain a safe environment. Registered participants agree to report any unsafe practices, conditions, or equipment to the Dance Station Orlando instructor.

I certify that the registered participant 1) possesses a sufficient degree of physical fitness to safely participate in dance classes, 2) understands that he/she is to discontinue activity at any time he/she feels undue discomfort or stress, and 3) has indicated in writing any health-related conditions that might affect his/her ability to take part in the classes under the ‘Medical Information’ on the registration form. If any medical information changes the participant is responsible for informing Dance Station Orlando in writing, to info@dancestationorlando.com.

I know, understand, and appreciate the risks associated with participation in physical activity such as Dance Classes and I am voluntarily participating the above-mentioned participant in the activity. In doing so, the above mentioned participant is assuming all of the inherent risks. I further understand that in the event of a medical emergency, Dance Station Orlando will call EMS to render assistance and that I will be financially responsible for any expenses involved

Privacy Policy: 

Dance Station Orlando does not sell or share your information. Please see our payment service provider for their privacy policy.
