Mommy and Me Class – ‘Dance with Me’

A chance to dance together with your child and explore movements, sounds, colours and props. Designed to stimulate interest and encourage movement developments, this fun class is also a great way to meet other parents!

Dance Fit

Dance Fit is a fun, high energy dance class – a great way to workout! No dance experience necessary, you will learn dance exercises, combo’s and routines in a fusion of styles from Jazz to Hip Hop, Zumba to Lyrical! Dance exercises and combo’s will target all those hard to reach areas – legs, abs, butts and arms all get a great workout in this class! Bring a friend and laugh, dance and workout…much more fun than hitting the gym!

Ballet Fit

Ever dreamt of being a Prima Ballerina? Did you dance as a child and long to put those ballet shoes back on…? Or are you just looking for a fun and elegant way to workout…? What ever your dance ability this class is an excellent way to develop great posture, tone muscles and get fit. Pilates, Yoga, Resistance Band and Exercise Balls are all involved in this class, as well as Ballet Barre and Center technique.

Stretch, Turn, Leap

A combination class with conditioning, strengthening and flexibility exercises. Progressing to across the floor combinations and technical foundations of turns and leaps – a must for all dancers looking to improve their all round technique.

Zumba® (Adults)

Zumba is a Latin-Inspired Dance Fitness Workout! Its fun and you can’t help but smile when your taking a class! It’s time to ‘Ditch the Workout and Join the Party!

Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr®

(Children Aged 4-7 and Aged 8-12)

Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr® classes are high-energy fitness party classes that offer real results. Packed with specially choreographed routines and the latest music, like Hip-Hop, Reggaeton and Cumbia, Zumba Kids classes increase focus and self-confidence, boost metabolism and improve coordination. Zumba Kids classes make getting fit FUN!!! With 2 in 3 children in the USA being Overweight or Obese this is an excellent way to make exercise feel well not like exercise and more like a Party!!!

Hip Hop

Hip-Hop or Street Dance is an Urban dance form which originally developed in the streets of New York (hence the name!). Now Street Dance is hugely popular due to Movies, Music Videos and T.V. Shows.

Funky Feet

This class is a fusion of styles include Jazz, Hip Hop and Musical Theater. A high energy, super fun class which focuses on learning basic dance technique, develops balance and coordination alongside social skills! Dancers in this class will work on fun routines to all their favorite tracks from all the latest shows and movies.

Musical Theatre

Musical Theatre combines singing, dancing and acting. Where show tunes and pop songs alike inspire this fun and high energy class, influenced by Broadway shows and Classics alike.

Jazz Dance

Jazz dance classes focus on high energy, stylized movements which has many strands to it. Jazz in it’s commercial form is hugely popular with it being seen in music videos, movies, T.V shows and commercials. There will be lots of fitness elements to these classes, including jumps, traveling sequences, core muscle workout and turns – great fun!


Contemporary and Lyrical techniques focus on the use of weight, gravity, resistance and suspension. Contemporary technique developed as a rebellion against the stricter and more ridged format of Classical Ballet in the 1950’s – dancers wanted more freedom to express real emotions and explore the movements of the body. A great class which develops technique alongside performance and expressive skills.


The rhythm and movement of tap, created by the metal taps on the heels and toes of a dancer’s shoes, transforms the dancer into a percussive musician. Tap dance emphasizes the flow of movement by teaching the dancer to find rhythms and beats not only in music but in their own bodies. Learn lots of new steps, fun combos and high energy routines in Dance Station Orlando’s Tap classes!


Join DANCE STATION ORLANDO founder Emily Humble for beginner or advanced ballet classes for all ages. Ballet focuses on Posture, Flexibility, Balance, Co-ordination, Grace and Control – Don’t worry if you don’t have all of those aspects yet…that’s what we are here for!

Creative Movement

Creative Movement classes are targeted at our youngest dancers with a focus on stories, music and props to inspire the creativity of our dancers. Technique is built in gradually, although the primary focus is building confidence and social skills as well as good posture and concentration.
